Return Procedure

At Ramy Automotive, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we aim to make the return or exchange process simple and convenient. Please review the options below:

Option 1: Visit Our Dubai Store

If you prefer an in-person return, visit our Dubai branch with the original invoice to receive prompt assistance. Our team is ready to help process your return or exchange efficiently.

Option 2: Get in Touch

Reach out to us through our customer support channels via email or phone. We will arrange a pickup for the product and keep you updated on the status of your return or exchange process.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and other materials. Returns must also be accompanied by the original invoice.


Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • Labor or installation charges (refunds apply to parts only).
  • Tires and wheels that have been mounted or installed.
  • Opened electrical items, such as computers, programmers, or wiring kits.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items that have been installed or custom painted.
  • Special order items.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or due to an error on our part. If you have further questions about non-returnable items, feel free to contact us.

Please note that delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. Products must not be sent back directly to the manufacturer.


Order Cancellations & Refunds

If you are unsure about placing an order, we encourage you to contact our sales department for assistance before proceeding. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

If you refuse delivery of an already shipped order, you will be responsible for the associated shipping and return costs.

If approved for a refund, the amount will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 7 days to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you experience delays, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.

Warranty Policy

  • Most products sold by Ramy Automotive come with manufacturer warranties or guarantees that cover merchandise for a specified period.
  • Refer to the documentation provided with your product for detailed warranty information.
  • If a product fails within the warranty period, contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.
  • All returned items will be inspected to determine warranty eligibility.
  • Based on findings, the manufacturer or Ramy Automotive will decide whether to replace, repair, or refund the item.
  • Warranties are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
